Colors and appearance
The primary color drives the launcher and accents. The header takes a solid color or a gradient, with light or dark header text. Appearance can be fixed to light or dark, or follow the visitor's system preference.
Launcher
Pick a built-in glyph, upload an image, or use the active agent's avatar. The launcher comes in three sizes, sits on the left or right, and can idle with a pulse, bounce, wiggle or slide-in animation, or none.
Teaser
A proactive message shown next to the launcher before the visitor opens anything. It renders as a speech bubble or a card with a title, subtitle and up to two buttons. Trigger it after a delay, on scroll depth, or both, and choose whether a visitor sees it once per session, once per day, or every time.
Copy and identity
Set the greeting title and subtitle shown on the home tab, the welcome message that opens every new conversation, and the assistant's name. Team avatars are optional; when on, the widget shows real people from your directory with a presence dot.
Agent personas control how the AI writes: its instructions, answer length, tone and creativity. Pick a preset or write your own; the number of saved personas per project depends on your plan.
Tabs
The widget has Home, Messages, Help and News tabs. Turn off the ones you do not use: a project with no published articles hides Help, and News only makes sense once you post updates.
