Is there a free customer support tool with AI included?

What counts as an AI reply?
Any message the AI sends to a visitor. Human replies, internal notes and system messages are free and unlimited on every plan.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free gives you one project and 20 AI replies a day, forever, with no card. Starter and Team also come with a 14-day trial of their full limits; you keep your knowledge base and conversations if you upgrade.
What happens if I go over my reply limit?
The AI keeps answering. We'll email you at 80% and 100%, and bill overage at the plan's per-reply rate at the end of the month. You can cap usage in settings.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Each plan includes a generous number of team seats. Organization plans are unlimited.
Can I change plans later?
Any time. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next billing date.
Where is my data stored?
Knowledge, conversations and vectors are stored per tenant and never used to train shared models. Organization plans can choose a data region.
