Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using helpo you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

helpo provides an embeddable support widget, AI-generated answers grounded in content you supply, a shared inbox and a ticketing system. We may change or improve features over time; material reductions in functionality will be announced in advance.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the documents, pages, catalogs and conversations you bring to helpo. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you connect.

4. AI output

AI answers are generated automatically from your knowledge base and may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing how the AI is configured and for the information it provides to your customers. helpo surfaces citations and confidence signals to help with that review.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use helpo to send spam, to collect data you are not permitted to collect, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to access other customers' tenants. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.

6. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Usage beyond plan limits is billed at the published overage rate. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.

7. Warranties and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, helpo disclaims implied warranties and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination you can export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.
